Amazing , all the staff are so helpful . Danielle has helped find me a holiday that suits both myself and my son who has Autism. We have spent weeks looking at different ones till we found what suited us . She goes above and beyond .

We went to Hays Travel
We went to Hays Travel, Totnes, to discuss a possible holiday abroad. Danielle was extremely helpful. we had curtain requirements as we wanted a local airport and also a quiet destination. After a short discussion, She came up with a lovely location and hotel. As it was late Saturday afternoon, she said she would email a couple more possibilities on Monday. Danielle was true to her word but the first option was the best suit for us. We booked with her the next day. Many thanks Danielle.

Very easy proccess
The contacts wirh both Russell and Georgia were polite and very helpful.
When i went to book the advertised break , Georgia was so helpful , polite and friendly. Everything was explained , in detail , and even a few tips were given by her that i hadn't even thought off. The entire experience was easy and as this was the first time using Hays Travel, i was impressed.

Brilliant Service.
Danielle, at Totnes was really helpful and full of additional information. Holiday now booked and can't wait even though I have booked well in advance. So much easier than trying to do it myself or on line, I just don't have the patience to hold on for ages, and yet she was still smiling at the end.
