Sara picked up my email on this occasion and contacted me immediately to confirm the River Cruise we wanted to book. She had the company on the other line and before I knew it we had another holiday booked. I shouldn't be surprised. Its this attention and service that keeps us going back to Titchfield. So just to repeat, although Jess is a 'trainee' she was very knowledgable, informative and friendly. Her supervisor was attentive, but only interrupted to confirm facts.
