The open greeting on arriving with how can l help you. Totally focused in explaining each step of searching for my flight providing alternatives to ensure direct flight. Finding a very suitable fight for me at good prices. Then started booking my hotel accommodation with an eye for detail for offers. Called in on the off chance to get some possible details for a girls holiday. Walked out fully booked with all of my many must-haves met and at a price point that six women are happy with. This was fully thanks to Tracey. She was so friendly and knowledgable. It was made so easy for me and I wasn’t in the shop for ages either which was a bonus. Thank you Tracey!
