A great experience with Lewis at Hayes Travel
Lewis was extremely helpful and we did not feel rushed at all. He gave us all of his attention and took his time finding us the right holiday and securing us the best possible deal. Our experience with Hayes Travel and Lewis was excellent and we would definitely visit each time that we are intending to book any future holidays.

A very pleasant change to be able to be able to book a holiday face to face rather than online!
A very pleasant change to be able to book a holiday at a travel agents sat across the desk from somebody who could offer advice and answer our questions. A very smooth and stressfree experience. Price matched the online sites but it was so much better to book it face to face with somebody and knowing that we have a contact should we need any further assistance about our holiday.

Fabulous service
I dealt with Paige in the Taunton branch and she could not have been more helpful. I have always booked direct with P and O Cruises but wanted to pre-register and have some form of control over cabin choice. only 800 days to go!

Got a holiday booked within 48 hours of popping into the Taunton store. Matched our needs on the hotel perfectly, the price was decent, very easy process. Good to have an experienced staff member who knew the island and the hotel rather than leaving it to chance. Definitely recommend.

We were served by Paige. She was fantastic. She made our experience very easy. We booked our next cruise with another couple. As always, we were provided with an extremely professional & helpful service. Any questions we had were answered to our satisfaction & services, such as Special Assistance at the airport was organised for us.
We have used your Taunton branch on a few occasions now & ask the staff, no matter who attends to our enquiries or bookings, are always, pleasant, knowledgeable & extremely helpful. It's like being treated as one of a big family.
