She(Kirsty) tried to explain everything,it remains to see how the HOTEL people treat us,because last couple of times lot of misunderstandings took place.bcause what we were explained in the office and what facilities we were given were completely different.Hotel people said they were not aware of the special needs. Kirsty said they can only request.

Brilliant service
Always go to Hayes to book our holidays. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are very helpful, particularly nirella. They do everything for you ftom start to finish.

It makes it more exciting to book in store
I always book at Syston for my cruises, it takes all of the hassle out of it and makes the process more exciting. I can bring my dog with me and the opening hours work so there's no reason not. Much better than sitting on my own in front of a screen doing it.

Lovely to meet in person
Lovely to meet in person . We have used Hayes for many years and are never disappointed. The staff guide us all the way from helping us with flights and insurance. We highly recommend our local Syston branch .

Would highly recommend
Would highly recommend, the team are knowledgable and friendly. Special mention to Emily who booked our holiday for us and provided some great options that met the brief provided. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
