Khushali was so helpful and patient
The girl who helped us,Khushali was so helpful and patient being as we didn’t know where to go and our availability was slightly limited. She sorted us out in time with maybe a more costly holiday than we had anticipated but she never pushed us 🤣. Since we booked the holiday the communication has been excellent. I would like to extend a huge thank you to Janice for all her help, kindness and expertise in searching for a last minute holiday for me. She thoroughly went through all the options available and we discussed which was the best option for me. My holiday is now booked, I have been checked in and Janice has phoned me to say all my tickets are ready for collection. I would recommend Haynes Travel to anyone.
