Louise was absolutely brilliant she bent over backwards to help get my trip sorted although it took a while she was an absolute trooper and got me what I wanted at a great price will definitely be returning to book more trips with her

Met with a smile and Trisha invited us to chat , my wife and I described what holiday we were looking for and our budget. Trisha was patient, knowledgeable and carefully and methodically looked through many hotels and destinations with us until we made a decision and booked . We felt well looked after and had full confidence in her and booking with Hays .

Very Happy!
We contacted Hays Travel and spoke to Rees who helped us with booking a nice little family holiday for the summer holidays. Rees was very accommodating and helped us find the perfect get away. Now the main thing for us was a place that allowed 3 dogs, this was not an issue Rees at all. Rees was very professional, gave us all the ins and outs of the options we had and explained what was near for us to do with the kids. Very pleased with his service and now have two very excited children waiting for their holiday to arrive. Thanks Rees really appreciate it!
