Good customer service
Good customer service! Melissa was very efficient and offered alternatives at better prices. This is the second time we have made a booking with this company in the past month and both experiences were first class.

The ladies in hays are great
The ladies in hays are great, wee have booked a few holidays with them and they have been fantastic, always find great holidays. The booking process was so easy they knew all the information that wee needed can't thank them enough.

Very quick & helpful advice …
Sarah replied to my query through Facebook originally, she asked my query & more. She emailed me once I provided travel dates. We had a couple of telephone conversations with Sarah after that which was very helpful & informative. Sarah then booked our cruise. Great service, very friendly & helpful.

Had tremendous service from inquiring about the holiday to going in to travel agents to sort it all out . Sarah was superb at explaining it all to downloading the Ryanair app for me so as I can do the boarding pass . Would highly recommend Hayes travel .
