Our complicated booking was sorted out quickly even though we required a date change.
I have used Hays on previous booking and so they were first choice for this booking too.

From the moment we walked into the shop we were looked after exceptionally well, the assistant, Louise, was so friendly and went the extra mile to give us as much information as possible, have used hays before and will continue to do so.

Pleasant staff. 3 star due to being told by one branch I could get assistance from any other branch. When I went into another branch I was told because each branch has its own atol code they were verry limited on how they could assist
