Amanda was so helpful
Amanda was so helpful, and despite only booking flights did her utmost to find me flights that were the most suitable in affordability and in time as it was a trip involving stop overs. As a single traveller, it gave me confidence that I wouldn’t have had booking it myself online.

An easy and stressless experience.
We knew where we wanted to go and roughly when.
The Hayes Travel rep took us through all the different options comparing price, flight times etc. If we were doing this at home it would have taken ages.
All our paperwork was then printed in store.
We left the shop thinking how easy it had been and what a good experience it had been.

Craig did the job
Craig was very helpful,we were in and job done in half an hour ,we knew roughly where we wanted to go and Craig found us a great place and with his knowldge and tips got us a fantastic deal in the dates we needed. We always use Hays as the service is 100%

Friendly/Helpful
This is our second booking with Hays Travel due to the ease and knowledge of our travel advisor,she was Friendly,Helpful nothing was to much bother and we booked our holiday within 20 mins.
We shall be back later in the year to do it all again.

Craig…1st class service
We dealt with the assistant manager Craig (Stirling branch) who was first class. We had a couple of options on where we wanted to go but were open to suggestions. Craig took a note of the key things we were looking for and spent a lot of time with us finding what we needed. We ended up with a great holiday, great destination and a good price.
Great service, very knowledgeable and keen to find us the perfect holiday.
Will be back in next year.
