Lynsdey and the team were very helpful sorting out our holiday for use we did know what we wanted but they made sure we had everything in place for Holiday in and out in half an hour.

On issues which might be a company policy I didn’t really want a direct debit after I paid a deposit but was told I had to do a direct debit
I lije to pay threw the app but it’s just a personal preference

Hays Stanley branch excellent
We booked with Hays at our local branch last year and everything was tip top
This year we seen a holiday online with jet2 which was a good price so I rang my local branch at Stanley to see if they could match the price and within a couple of minutes they said yes they would be able to match it and the booking was complete in a matter of minutes over the phone

The Company puts the customer first and ensures whatever enquiry/ holiday is dealt with the utmost ease. I asked if a certain offer was still available, the rep checked that it was, and holiday booked. Simple as that. I’ve started using Hays Travel more often and I’m never disappointed.
