First place i go to when booking a cruise ,easy to do, lovely staff explained everything looked for best prices, cabins ,cruise dates took 40 mins thank u so much again st helens hays travel

Booked our 3rd holiday with Hays, the young lady was friendly and found exactly what we were looking for. Very professional staff.

Rhian was amazing, she listened to what we wanted, spent time finding what we wanted and explained everything to us. Will definitely be using Hays travel again.

The agent was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
We had seen the holiday on line and she located the holiday and provided us with all the information we required, making the process easy for us.

Frayer appeared disinterested in our booking and our questions. I explained what holiday i was interested in and she proceeded to look on the screen. I had to ask if I could sit down at the desk. Frayer brought up a holiday area that we had in mind and proceeded to tell us about it but I had to ask if I could see the screen. Basically I could carry on in this vain. It wasn't until we got home and I looked at the holiday and really the accommodation wasn't what we wanted but by them it was too late. I was not given sufficient information about our accommodation the area and no information at all about the transfer time. I don't know if it was a bad time but I did not feel enthused about this booking

Rhiann was endlessly patient and helpful both before and during our search for a holiday. She gave costs and flights a number of times to make sure we were in budget and got the destination we wanted. So helpful and always cheerful.

Very efficient staff who couldn't help enough. We use them each year to book our Jet2 holiday package and we have never been disappointed with them.

Seen a deal in another store but it was to busy ti go in.so went to our local HTravel we were looked after by Ruby, who made a call to the other shop to see if the same deal was still on. We went on to book our holiday. Ruby was very helpful professional and very friendly. Made our experience more enjoyable.

An it's very easy to tell you why.
First off it's the very friendless and professional service you get when you come in store.
We have come to know a lot off the staff with the likes of Alison who it's so lovely to see back in the st.helens store along with branch manager Kirstyne , Lucy and the other team members as well we always get a very warm and friendly welcome
There is very special member off staff though that goes way above and beyond in how she deals with us. An has become my favourite one to book my holidays and it's Talya. She is outstanding in her professional and friendly level of service. She has now booked so many of my holidays she just gets what it is what we want from our holidays. She is everything you could want from someone who goes out of her way to make the booking off our holidays seem less. She is so friendly always smiling goes above and beyond in everything she does when we go in. I can't thank her enough now she is a credit to hays and specially the st.helens store.
I can't thank her enough for all that she does. It really is the main reason we keep coming back and will continue to do so.

Who are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that everything has been arranged and prepared, to make sure things go as smooth as possible, Yesterday, had the same high standard, which i thoroughly value and appreciate.
