Honest advice, fully looked for a Cruise that suited our requests.
Provide good information re: the Cruise and costing. What was included, possible extra options etc.

The lady who we spoke to was the manageress and she dealt with our enquiry expertly and was more than helpful so we booked our holiday straight away.

Once again we have returned to Hays Travel
Once again we have returned to Hays travel to book our holiday to Thailand 🇹🇭
After already booking a trip to Spain in June and a Caribbean cruise in December 26
I love the fact that I can call or visit my local agents (St Helens, Merseyside) and deal directly with Rhiann who’s just amazing 🤩
Nothing is ever too much trouble and we can chat or email backwards and forwards before we decide on the best deal for us. Always excellent customer service and they make you feel like you’re really in good hands and being looked after 😁
We’ve used several tour operators over the years but there’s a reason we keep returning to Hays!

From the moment we walked in we was made to feel ever so special, service was first class, ALL staff ever so friendly and polite, walked out after booking a week in Loch lomond and Dunoon in Scotland, an absolutley delight to of booked at Hays travel, all round service was 100% first class, keep it going Hays, doing a fantastic job.
