Maria advised on different accommodations and booked the one we wanted, she sorted out the flights and the hotel we need to stay in the night before our trip. Lovely, friendly staff. I always find it useful to go into the shop. Always given sufficient time and I know that the ladies are very careful, especially Kasia. The bookings are double checked in front of me.

I wanted to compare the rate of Swiss Francs with Sterling that the company was offering. The rate in comparison with M&S The post Office and one other was most competitive. What I did not know was that a Hays debit card was offered, whereas I wanted to deal in cash. I purchased £500 of sterling, but there was a computer error in getting my Debit card. Having thought about this, I decided that I did not want a Debit Card. I therefore received a cash sum minus the rate of exchange. I then proceeded to purchase from another source.
The only consolation is that I was served by one of the staff in booking my flight only
