First time using Hays Travel
This was my first time using Hays Travel to book a holiday as I’ve normally used the internet to do everything direct. Maria helped to me decide the best holiday for me. She made the process very easy and has a very friendly manner.

Had a follow up call and appreciated this Terrible customer service
The manager gave me a call and I appreciated it. Terrible customer service, I felt under pressure, not listened, and not all the info were provided. Answered were given like I was speaking with a machine, not a human being. Sinead was cold, nervous and not not respectful. The agency did not add any value. It could have done easy jet holidays on my own, less stress. Because of that I won t use your agency in the future, and I won't recommend that

A 5 star rating could not be given this time as it seemed staffing levels were too low for efficient telephone response. When able to get a response from an agent, the process was excellent - except:
Why have you addressed your enquiry to my husband when I was the one who ordered the holiday and paid with my card???
