Never lets us down
Hays Travel has never let us down, our go to travel agency with lovely staff. Rebecca always sorts our holidays for us and she is kind, friendly, professional and helpful. We wanted to book a cruise - ‘leave it with me she said’. 15 minutes later she rang me back with options and alternatives and with 30 minutes total, we were booked and sorted. She’s an absolute star and a credit to Hays Travel. Thank you for all you do. I would highly recommend this organisation.

Your advisor was extremely helpful and understanding. She took me, step by step, through the booking process and gave me valuable advice on assistance and parking at the airport. She was happy to answer all my questions and assure me that she would be available should I have any further questions. She made the whole booking process easy for which I am very grateful as I haven’t traveled for some time.

Booking with Hays Travel was so easy. Jennifer was very friendly and extremely helpful. She sourced prices from different airlines to get us the best deal, getting the price down from over £6000 to just under £5000.

Rebecca went above and beyond to book my daughter’s hen party. Nothing was a problem and we got an excellent deal, would definitely recommend hays travel. I feel like Rebecca did everything for me which took the stress from me booking for 14 people.
