i booked with hays travel and the lady jackie as really helpfull and the touches of service at the end put you at rest knowing they sort it all and post the documents to you when they done that why i booked knowing i had peace of useing hays travel

When I booked I didn't know that the cabin was small and my friends husband is disabled. I rang up and I spoke to Carol. It took her three hours to find me the right cabin for us all. Excellent service in my opinion.

A very speedy initial response and although TUI were stating that there were no cabins available, Jack was able to find one and now I’m off on another cruise.

What great service, really helpful and friendly.
Also my cruise booking was cheaper than other travel agents.
