I visited the Southsea branch and yet again the staff did not disappoint. Although we have been extremely late in booking our summer holiday Derek and Tasha still managed to find us the holiday we wanted and on the exact Greek island we wanted. Victoria, at the Southsea branch, despite being thwarted at every turn did not give up. She kept us in the loop and the next day was able to finalise our booking. She was tenacious and caring about our plans.
