I always use Hays Travel Southbourne as the personal relationship I have built with long standing staff such as Chrys and Jade makes the whole booking process such a positive experience as they understand my travel requirements and advise accordingly giving me confidence in my travel choices..

The wonderful staff at our local Hays Travel in Southbourne always take time and effort to get you the holiday you dreamed of. From checking locations, selecting the right hotels to suit needs and ensuring you will be happy with the holiday choice. Even when we have had an issue once on arrival they were superb at liaising with the hotel to resolve the issue swiftly. We have been coming to Hays for 10 years and have never been disappointed. Booking for 2 nights in hotel following a Sicily tour.
The agent I who handled my booking, Chrystalla in Southbourne, was excellent. Chrys was very helpful, friendly and efficient. However, problems with the tour operator, Vista. meant that it took 4 hrs to have our booking confirmed. I was in the office for 2 hours and then on the phone at home intermittently for another 2 hours. We were given incorrect information several times but ended up with our original booking so much of my time was wasted.

Hi Suzanne, Thank you for taking the time to give feedback with your experience with our office . We are sorry it took so long to get all confirmed, it does not normally take this amount of time. It appears that Vista were having some trouble with their hotel suppliers to get the post hotel stay booked, and eventually with help from a team leader did manage to get all sorted and for original requirements. Thank you for your patience that day.

Super Helpful Service
Chrys could not have been more helpful. I have ADHD and Autism so booking a holiday is an extremely difficult experience but Chrys was so empathetic and understanding throughout it took away any stress or worry I had. Excellent knowledge of the locations we were considering and helpful suggestions about the accommodation. I wouldn’t think twice about booking with them again!

Quick response from main travel company, and ended booking there and then.
