Stephen went above and beyond
Stephen went above and beyond, battling with Cunard to secure our two cabins. He answered emails at the Easter weekend and by the Tuesday we were booked. This was to replace our Dubai cancelled cruise and last minute! Fantastic!

The members of staff who helped me were Savannah and Bethanyand Bethany.
The member of staff who helped me, Savannah, was really helpful and guided me to a cruise suitable for my criteria.
On anther visit, Bethany, took my passport, travel insurance, etc. details and printed out my embarkation documents and luggage labels.
Service was efficient, friendly and professional.

Birthday trip
