Came in for some Euros and was served by a pleasant polite lady called Karen she was so helpful and certainly will use Hays travel again

The staff are very professional and are sure to provide a warm welcome to their customers who enter the shop.
They are fully knowledgeable and when possible can offer worthwhile discounts.
I would not think about booking a holiday elsewhere .The girls are so helpful.
