Lovely lady

Very efficient service. Nina listened to what we were looking for and found us several holidays to choose from. She then helped with the booking when the payment system didn’t work for us.

Friendly and efficient holiday booking experience from Hayes Travel in Sheringham
My experiences with booking vacation via websites has not always been great and can be quite hard work. I decided to use a face-to-face travel agent to evaluate the experience. The Hayes travel in Sheringham is my closest branch but I decided to call instead. The call was answered quickly and I spoke with Nina, who was very pleased to help me book my vacation. I knew the location/hotel and dates I wanted. Nina quickly went through everything and answered all my questions efficiently. Something that's missing from online booking systems. Nina managed to match the online price and I booked straight away. Follow ups and paperwork have been delivered as promised and I now feel safer with Hayes managing things from now on.
