Amazing team
The Hayes travel staff at the Sherborne branch were amazing you went in and saw Katie and we booked a holiday to Turkey due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel the holiday on the day of travel . we popped into our local haze and the staff in there were so sympathetic and helpful and went above and beyond to help us rebook a holiday to a different destination. Their patients and help were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that we still were able to go away. Problems like this goes to show how important booking through a travel agent as when things do go wrong you’re not on your own 110% recommend Hayes all the time.

We have been asking Karen for years now…
We have been asking Karen for years now to find us the best deals for our trips to New Zealand to visit our daughter and son in law who live there and she never lets us down.
She arranges everything down to the last detail and it makes that long journey so much easier and less stressful.

Staff was very knowledgeable, had plenty of time to explain and talk through what had been found. Took time to find different prices and options. Very polite, would recommend this branch

We had a young lady called Ella helping us to choose our holiday. She was very helpful & very informative . When we went off for a coffee to think about where to go she had found us some more options for when we returned. She was a very nice & helpful girl.
