Absolutely brilliant! After hours spent googling holidays and not finding anything good enough, we came into the shop with a budget and a wish list. Karen helped us choose somewhere we hadn’t considered before and are very excited about going to. She also gave us lots of advice and tips for excursions, currency etc. And sorted out airport parking and insurance and had all documentation and boarding passes printed off for us ready to collect the next day. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Brilliant as ever!!! Simon was a STAR. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. Well done Simon. The chap on the foreign exchange counter ( sorry but didnt catch his name) was fantastic too and sorted our Hays prepayment cards and travel money out very efficiently. We'll be back!!!! C& L
