Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. Helpful via messenger with different prices, dates, airlines. Nothing was any trouble. Went instore to finish the booking again spoke to a different member of staff as the one I had been speaking to online was seeing to another customer. New member of staff was amazing to read the messages and sorted everything straight away showed me everything went through everything was very helpful. Following day I received a message from the original member of staff apologising for been busy when I went in the shop and thanking me for booking I thought this was amazing service and highly recommend hays seaham and all the staff. We were offered drinks by two members of staff and was made to feel very welcome

Extremely helpful

Just booked a once in a lifetime trip to Egypt and the Nile for me and my son. The staff at Hayes in Seaham were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. Sharon got back to me with loads of options and detail which I needed. They are brilliant thank you. Highly Recommend
