This is the first time I have booked with Hays and it won’t be the last hopefully. Lucy was very helpful and booked our accommodation and excursions which was really helpful.

Couldn't have been more helpful
Interactions with Larna and Lucy were very positive and sorted out a a knotty booking of French trains, which had become a nightmare. They both went above and beyond.

Very helpful in sorting our trip to Scotland
Lucy guided us through the process of finding flights to and from Scotland including an hotel in the centre of Edinburgh and several trips as us oldies do not find it that easy to do these days. Will definitely use Hays again as the need arises.

We had a fantastic experience with Hays from start to finish. They really took the time to listen to our needs and preferences and made sure they understood exactly what we were looking for. Nothing felt rushed or generic — the holiday was thoughtfully tailored to suit us perfectly.
