Stella was very helpful in providing us the information to choose an alternative holiday from our original location planned from several months ago. We changed our mind after seeing the information Stella had given us, and we ended up with a more suitable holiday than we originally asked for.

Lana has been looking atspecific…
Lana has been looking at a specific holiday for us for a few weeks. Specific needs as in limited mobility and age related. A known holiday destination to us & much loved.
Lana showed kindness and a lot of patience whilst completing the booking. Whilst chatting Lana told me that she was an apprentice and was really enjoying her position. I have to say that I was really impressed with how she dealt with our needs. Lana has confirmed our special assistance at both ends and our seats have all been allocated too. This has eased my anxiety with taking my elderly husband who has Alzheimer’s & other health issues.
So grateful to Lana for helping me book our holiday. She is an asset to your branch & company. Many Thanks

Our booking experience with Hays Travel
We found all of the staff at Hays Travel very friendly and extremely helpful when booking our holiday cruise.
They all helped us though the maze of booking and all the aspects.
