Outstanding service
My experience in your Scarborough branch was exceptional. Sapphia was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. For such a young age she is really skilled at her job and such a natural with the general public. I would definitely seek out Sapphia for my next booking.

From the moment we walked into the travel agents, we were welcomed with a lovely smile and asked to a desk. Sapphia was very friendly and accommodated us for ALL we asked for.
