Sarah was amazing
Sarah was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. We booked a Caribbean Cruise and she made it stress free every question I had she answered. Every step of the way Sarah kept in touch and printed off tickets and luggage tags and posted to us. Would definitely recommend

Professional, helping to get your holiday with the upmost care and attention
Having understanding, one to one chats when I was getting quotes from other consultants confusing me whilst this was happening I felt bombarded. Sarah could sense that I kind of lost my way, so she called and we went over everything again giving different options for the holiday I really wanted. Her professional advice was second to none. I got the holiday booked and now I’m stress free, Sarah also also offered if I had any concerns just contact.

Sarah was brilliant
Sarah was brilliant, I had to change so many things during the time she was looking for a holiday for us, for which I apologise. But she was never gave up trying to find the exact holiday we was looking for.

From start to finish Sarah is nothing but helpful and knowledgeable. I told her what I wanted and Sarah managed to source my holiday stress free and quickly. Nothing was ever too much trouble and made the whole process of booking a busy multi trip very easy. I will definitely be using Sarah’s services again!

Excellent holiday
Had a great experience on holiday that was booked by Sarah Mitchell. Gave us great advise and information we needed. Found us a hotel we were happy with. I could not recommend Sarah enough. Sarahs support and advice from the start of selecting our holiday has been wonderful. Sarah removed any stresses, ensuring everything was done for us, even contacting the hotel prior to our visit to ensure our stay was perfect.

Dream holiday for a disabled child
Without sarah we wouldn't have had the courage to take our 13 year old disabled son abroad. She went above and beyond in organising everything and putting us at ease . We had an amazing holiday making lots of precious memories. We wouldn't hesitate in using sarah's services again

We have just returned from a week at the Zafiro Menorca that Sarah organised and we loved it . This was our first time using Sarah, she listened to our requirements and really helped to narrow down some potential hotels . We will definitely use her again for our next trip :)

Nothing too much trouble
For the past couple of years several friends have recommended Sarah to us & so this year we decided to contact her when we were looking at booking our summer holiday.
From the very 1st conversation with Sarah I could see why she came so highly recommended! Her professionalism shone through immediately. Nothing was too much trouble & any question I asked she was able to answer, either immediately or after looking into it further. This included questions messaged late on a Friday evening, within a few minutes Sarah had replied.
We were given different options for hotels/resorts …. enough for comparison but not too many to feel swamped. Having made our choice, Sarah then did the rest. All we then had to do was pack our cases & get to the airport on time!
We have already booked our summer holiday for next year with Sarah as we have a family wedding in Cyprus. Now it is our turn to recommend Sarah to our friends/family.
Thanks again Sarah, your customer care is second to none.
