Attention to detail first class 5* service
Sarah randomly popped up on Facebook with a holiday post what caught my attention..from that first message it’s turned out to be a bad idea..just booked our 4th holiday with Sarah already! The service she provides is excellent from start to finish and she’s always available to answer any queries or make ammendments etc to the booking! Couldn’t reccomend her work enough!

A gem of a travel agent
Found Sarah through Facebook when we were looking at booking a long haul holiday, at that point we weren’t sure if the destination but after our initial talk we decided on Sandals - for the amount of activities included. From start to finish Sarah has been there answered all the silly questions I had and then watched weather reports when I freaked out about hurricanes! She has been 100% the best travel agent I’ve ever used - we have re-booked another holiday with her and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book their next holiday.

Very Helpful
Sarah was more than helpful at every step of organising our holiday. From recommendations to car parking. Sarah kept in touch throughout and checked that everything was ok and that we had no issues. I can’t recommend Sarah enough.

Sarah has an excellent knowledge of the travel industry, she is a very helpful and competent travel advisor.
Sarah will always "go the extra mile" to ensure the product she sells is right for the individual that is buying. She has a very nice way about her and is always pleasant and happy to assist. An absolutely excellent service, thats well worth this 5 Star review.

Dealing with Sarah , from Haye’s travel over a period of time, has made my holiday arrangements a breeze. She has been professional at all times and answered questions and requests. I would recommend her to arrange your travel weather be long or short haul.

Sarah has the patience of a saint! She found us an incredible holiday which we then needed to change - nothing was too much bother! She then found us another fantastic holiday, great hotel, flights, transfers and insurance - she made our time in Barcelona so easy to which we are very grateful. Completely recommend her, the experience of going through Hayes and the booking process! 5 stars without a doubt.

Seamless Travel Arrangements!!
We have booked with Sarah several times and she always makes the process seamless!
Recently she arranged our multi holiday to Florida, Las Vegas and New York. Something we would have been very nervous booking ourselves. This included all the flights and Hotels. She is always happy to answer any questions and is very reassuring.

Always There When I Needed Her
I used Sarah for my 3 week trip to Bali after finishing my University studies. Sarah was there to answer any and all questions I had and put my mind at ease, especially as I was solo travelling for the first time. I will definitely use her for my future adventures!

Sarah was amazing…she has put together my dream holiday to the Maldives…I have been very picky as it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity for me but nothing has been a problem.. I have asked so many questions ect and Sarah has been amazing getting back to me and sorting everything out …I would 💯% go with Sarah again to sort out my holidays and I have already referred her to a friend who sarah has sorted out there holiday …
