I had an amazing experience booking a surprise trip for someone with Sarah. She was so helpful and made it so easy for me. I genuinely don’t think I would have been able to book the trip myself due to being so indecisive so to have someone who really knows their stuff was amazing!! Spanish trip
We had a complicated situation where we needed to go to a less popular Spanish destination for only a short time so see a relative and so it was hard work booking ourselves.
Thelma sorted it out for us really quickly at a pretty good price too. I will definitely use Hays again
