It was so easy to book. Dealing directly with Sarah enabled me to receive answers to my individual queries.

Top notch customer service and support.
Sarah’s ad on Facebook caught my eye just at the right time.
I made contact and got a response straight away.
This was my experience all through the booking process. I had LOTS of questions and Sarah answered them all regardless of what time of day it was. After we chatted on the phone one evening I then went ahead and booked.
Thank you Sarah. I would definitely recommend and have no doubt any further queries I have will be more than helpfully answered.

Fantastic service!
Sarah was honestly brilliant, nothing was ever an issue and had so much patience with us. Sarah answered all our questions and reassured us. She had great knowledge when we were booking our cruise and suggestions on our room.

Brilliant Service
We booked our cruise through Sarah Bell Sampson @ Hays Travel and Sarah couldn't have made the booking process any easier. She was so friendly and talked us through all our options and very informative about the ship which was great. We are a family of 3 travelling with grandparents and Sarah took the time to split it into two separate bookings and making sure our cabins were beside each other. Def will book through Sarah again.
