What can I say about Ryan, what a great young man he is. From the first time I contacted him he kept me informed all of the time. As always, another great booking experience via Ryan, this time with his colleague Hazel. We received the same high level of care, attention and a great deal as we are used to (been booking for quite some time now). Ours is never a straight forward booking as we require special assistance for my husband and we need to ensure a shower is available (not just an over bath shower). Having this arranged for us relieves such a lot of stress during the booking process and Hazel went out of her way to do this. Details are e mailed immediately and I know through experience that our tickets etc will be in the post when the time comes. Thanks for another great booking experience

Don't normally book with anything other…
Don't normally book with anything other than tour operators, either in the shop or on the app/website.
Saw a post on Facebook of Ryan's, glad i did, i explained everything we needed, ryan and team got everything spot on, cant fault them 1 bit, if I could of score 6 stars I would of done, price was much better than the normal operators, which is the reason for checking an alternate, thank you and i will defo be using again.

I came across Ryan and Hazel on Facebook after they reached out to me. From start to finish, my experience with Hazel was fantastic. After completing and submitting the simple attached information form with my holiday preferences, Ryan replied with a favourable quote (including extra discount) within 2 hours. I decided to book the holiday through him and followed the easy process system. Ryan was very helpful and informative throughout the whole procedure. Ryan was absolutely brilliant he booked us a 3 week trip to Tenerife in January exceeded all our needs nothing was a bother and I am extremely fussy I’m now in the middle of booking a trip to Thailand and I will only use Ryan as nothing to seems to bother him he is so easy to deal with as has so much patience I’ve just booked a holiday with my grandchildren and he has sorted it all out with what is better for us he’s a joy to work with so understanding I will continue to use hays as long as Ryan continues to work for them keep up the great customer service Ryan xxx

I feel like I’m basically on retainer as a reviewer at this point, but credit where it’s due… Ryan and Team Ryan are ridiculously good. They’ve saved us money more times than I can count, reply at absolutely unholy hours (silly o’clock is their speciality), and offer the kind of service you usually only hear about in nostalgic stories.
Nothing is ever too much trouble — and trust me, we test that regularly. We book a lot: couples holidays, family holidays, group trips, and the occasional ‘help, something’s gone wrong’ or ‘please find me extra legroom with nearly no time left to go’ moment. Every time, they’re straight on it.
If you’re looking for a travel consultant, stop scrolling. You’ve found them.
