Outstanding and Professional Customer Service
Charlotte handled our holiday enquiry brilliantly from start to finish , she tailored our package perfectly to suit our requirements and even revisited our original package and amended it to suit before calling us to fully explain everything in detail.
We would have no hesitation in recommending the Hays team at Ripon to anyone planning a trip anywhere in the world as their professional attitude shines through in all departments .

City Break and Rail Travel Sorted
Emailed to ask for a city break with rail travel package. Got a phone call from Chloe soon after who had prepared options for us and dealt with our couple of questions in a very helpful manner. Rang us back to answer further queries and the whole thing was sorted. Very efficient, professional and knowledgable. Excellent service from the Ripon team.
Would recommend Ripon Hays Travel and woukd definitely use again. This was our first experience with this Travel Agent and it was a great one. Thank you.

Why go anywhere else!
Having detailed our requirements for our trip, the Quotation was prepared and submitted to us by Caroline in Ripon within three days. This involved collating return flights from the UK to New Zealand then to Australia plus three sets of accommodation, all of which was very acceptable.
