Helen & then young trainer (forgotten her name!) delivered an absolutely fantastic service. It’s the first time I’ve used a travel agent to book a holiday & it was a very pleasant experience. All the staff at the Rickmansworth branch are genuinely very customer friendly.

I had a great experience when I visited Hays Travel - Rickmansworth recently. Geoff could not have been more helpful, he was patient, kind, knowledgeable, informative and booked us a superb holiday. Great Service
Helen spent a long time trying to get best accommodation and best flights for us: over an hour!
We got a discount too - although she did convince us of the value in spending more that we had originally envisaged.
