Catherine of Retford office was brilliant
Catherine of Retford office spent time and offered good suggestions as her knowledge of our destination was very useful. She worked hard to find exactly the holiday which suited 6 of us ranging in age from 8 to 71. I was happy to book with her and an looking forward to a great holiday.

We are 2 people related by marriage from the instance we entered the shop in retford Town the staff member (samantha) was helpful and patient throughout the booking process. We could not commit to a booking due to speaking to other party members.
When I returned to make the booking a few hours later again Samantha was more than helpfull providing me with all my paperwork and answered all my questions

Ellie was brilliant we must of asked to look at 20 holidays because me and my partner are taking my sons family and grandchildren with us so the holiday had to have something for us all to do and she always got the best price for us to help with the cost she was kind and brilliant at her job well done Ellie for finding our holiday for next year
