Niamh, the girl who helped us was very patient, kind and understanding of our needs. She booked us a wonderful holiday which we are looking forward to. At times unfortunately the background noise in the shop made it difficult for us to hear but Niamh was very patient and repeated things when necessary.

We called into the Redditch branch to book a cruise in April. Becky gave us plenty of information and guided us through the booking process.

Our booking and documentation was easily and swiftly made. The only delay was waiting for a reply from Central Team about a hotel query.
Our Advisor was efficient and had a good sense of humour . She was able to share experiences too.
