Racheal was very prompt in responding to my enquiry. She was extremely helpful & answered my questions straight away. She wasn't pushy, just competent in her job. Just booked an MSC Cruise with Rachael at Hays Travel and I have to say that she was extremely helpful and patient when I was struggling with the booking on my iPhone. She took me through the process brilliantly, came up with a great price, great advice on choosing the best cabin location and other details. Raechel was the best and deserves all my thanks and praise.

Rachael, what an amazing help she was!
I am disabled and this is my first holiday since i was made disabled. Her thoughtfulness and communication were exceptional. She made sure every little detail that could cause me issues was addressed in advance so i could enjoy my holiday.
Highly recommend using Rach for any future bookings, i know i will be.
