Thorough and Helpful
Matty at the New Pudsey branch gave us his full attention in finding us a holiday at a very short notice. We found him thorough and helpful.
They also managed to book our flight seats and got our boarding passes printed on the same day.

Holiday Booking with Hays Travel
Went into Hays Travel Pudsey to book a quick week abroad for my wife & I. Matty sorted us out quickly and we were very happy with his recommendations and booked and paid then and there. All documentation printed and in and out within 30 minutes. Have to call back before we go to collect some vouchers and currency. Very professional staff and prompt knowledgeable service as you would expect from a well respected local travel agent. Nearly forgot to mention, got an extra £50 Hays discount in addition to the £200 Jet 2 discount.
