Viki at Preston Fishergate has been absolutely amazing. From start to finish she has been helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and unbelievably patient, persevering and understanding! Due to the current airline fuel situation we were unsure where we wanted to go and she’s taken so much time giving us multiple options to find the perfect holiday for us.
