Our agent Issy couldn't do enough for us in booking our trip to the Maldives. She spent so much time looking for different hotels for our budget. Also Kim chipped in with more ideas for our trip. I was immediately made comfortable and allowed to give my needs and considerations, then once they were found to be acceptable,cheaper alternatives were explored. Maria was very well informed and was most helpful with my booking. Iwould not hesitate to book with her in the future.

We, knew the resort and hotel we wished to book.
TIlly ,was very helpful in advising us on day we should go,as we were a little unsure.
She went through all the booking process explaining each step.
Asked us about extras, seating,carpark and fast track.
She booked them for us ,with patients as we can be undecided on things.
The staff at Hays in prenton are Professional ,friendly and very patient.
