Was able to check the holidays available. Get a pint off for the holidays and then was able to get a call back to book our preferred holiday. They also completed our online check-in.

The staff were friendly and accomodating, very patient in circumstances that ur central computer was blocking access to our particular P&O cruise. Sharing their Weathers Originals we got it all sorted satisfactorily.

Ciarna was friendly and very helpful. She listened to exactly what I wanted and went on to help us book exactly that. She had excellent knowledge and guided me to choose what will hopefully be the perfect holiday
