Time to get away to Lanzarote.
I had decided that I wanted to go to Lanzarote and popped in to Hays Travel and saw Katie.. We looked at all the possibilities and I settled on one in Playa Blanca.. in the location that worked for me..
Katie was brilliant, she sorted everything for me and went thoroughly through absolutely everything that I needed to know and book!
I walked out with everything printed off and she even helped me with my app and transferred my boarding passes to my phone wallet. Complete with Euros I left the office with nothing to do till I go on holiday.. Katie was lovely and friendly and super helpful.. and a credit to your company.

Taylor made trip arranged by Hayes travel/olympic holidays, Zante then Kefaliona, all flights, ferry, transfers and accommodation all went to plan. Would definitely recommend.

Just booked two holidays…
Just booked two holidays through Katie Thompson @ Pocklington branch. We spoke via DM then I popped in to pay. Whilst there I booked parking & airport hotel & she was very knowledgeable & made my experience with Hayes efficient & easy.
