This is the first time I have used Hayes Travel and I was really impressed with the service. Perseverance won the day!
The two girls in the Petersfield office were able to book the holiday we had chosen despite having to pick up on work which was initially carried out by another team member who was not in the office on that day

We went in today to retrieve a 100 Yen note my son had cashed in. It had sentimental value to his wife which he wasn't aware of. Georgia went out of her way to retrieve it. It was amazingly kind and generous of her. She went above and beyond for a £5 transaction. You're a wonderful human being Georgia.

Our cruise to Norway and the Netherlands went extremely well with Ambassador Cruises, even though we did not get to visit Stavanger and had to be diverted to Oslo. This was due to violent storm Dave, which was a problem with the weather and with no one else!

I VISITED THE HAYS TRAVEL ON WEDNESDAY 8 APRIL IN PETERSFIELD, HAMPSHIRE WITH A FRIEND OF MINE, AND WE ARE BOTH OVER 85 YEARS OLD.
THE PERSON WE MET WAS VERY FRIENDLY IN DEALING WITH OUR INITIAL REQUEST OF FINDING SOMEWHERE NICE TO GO IN SEPTEMBER 2026. WE PUT SOME SUGGESTIONS FORWARD AND AGREED ON A SPECIFIC DESTINATION. HOTELS, FLIGHTS AND UPGRADES WERE DISCUSSED AND AGREED AND DEPOSITS FOR THE HOLIDAY CONFIRMED,
