Patient and very helpful
They took the time to work out the best way to bespoke our trip. A lot of emailing back and forth with different suggestions to make the most of our time away. Very patient until we had firm plans and helpful with the actual booking process. Didn’t feel rushed despite the shop being busy at the time we paid deposit.

I wouldn't go anywhere else ,all the girls are very knowledgable ,and enjoy travel themselves, so always give great advice and recommendations ,all are very friendly and helpful ,checking passports and advising about insurance ,We were served by Annie this time who really knows her stuff and booking with her is always effortless and stress free
