Jackie gave excellent service in store as we were looking to book our first cruise. She provided comparisons between different available packages and didn’t pressure us to make a decision. Also told us about extras we can organise further down the line as we have booked so far in advance. Always a pleasure dealing with the girls in Perth, even had a coffee and cookie while booking!

Jenna was extremely helpful. We had a strict budget and specific location in mind. Jenna found us a package that fit both requirements. We booked and paid immediately.
Hays Perth always comes through I would always go there first for a package holiday.

As usual, I asked Jackie to provide some options for a possible October holiday. I'm quite specific about my requirements:adults only, five star service, food that merits rave reviews and a fabulous room! This time my holiday mate had suggested a budget even I thought crazily low. I expected Jackie to say no dice. She, however, came back with several options and I booked the first one immediately as it met the brief. So happy to be dealing with such an amazing travel agent.

The travel advisor was very helpful, and friendly. She listened to all our needs. Nothing seemed to be too troublesome. We never at any point felt pressured.
Would definitely recommend Hays Travel Perth for very friendly, and helpful staff.
