Firstly I should say that I haven’t used a travel agent for many years. However I can’t thank Paul enough, as it was so nice to not have to sit looking through websites for hours finding the perfect holiday, Paul did it all, and he saved us some money too!

Excellent Service from Paul!
I found Pauls Facebook page for Hays Travel and got in touch to see if he could help and advise on a trip to Greece. Complete confidence and great service from Paul. Was very helpful in finding our holiday package, giving him the criteria of what we were looking for and finding us the perfect deal! I cannot recommend this person enough! Great customer experience, will definitely be booking with him again!!!
