Had a lovely experience in the travel agent's, Katy, the rep was very helpful, took her time looking for the best hotels in the area we wanted to go and found one in our price range which looks lovely, can't wait to go in September

The staff are all very helpful and very professional and pleasant to deal with. We have always dealt with the old swan branch. Everything from changing money to booking holidays the shop and can not be faulted 👍👍👍👍

Lewis was very helpful - as usual.
Lewis was very helpful and able to answer all our questions about Tunisia, as we have never travelled there before. Another member of staff also came over to talk to us about the resort we are going to.
We saw the holiday advertised in the shop window on a card, much better than those awful digital ones that you don't get time to read!
