Tanitia started my booking, and I subsequently had assistance from all the colleagues, with Harpreet concluding the booking, nothing was too much trouble despite it being clearly a busy time of year.
I genuinely hope they get to enjoy their holiday whenever it is as they more than deserve it

Booking a cruise
We wanted to book a cruise but were unsure which one of 2 options to go with. Having a long conversation with Graham at the Oadby branch and discussing the pro’s and cons we decided which one to choose. I have to say how patient Graham was and didn’t pressure us into one over the other but just gave us good advice.

Sean and Graham are excellent
Sean and Graham are excellent, instantly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, Sean initially dealt with my enquiry and his energy and enthusiasm really got me excited about booking a holiday, his non pushy follow up call was refreshing. Graham made the booking when Sean was on another call and was so helpful and proactive. I would recommend both and Hays Travel to all my friends and family!!

We were able to pre book an appointment with Graham at Hays, Oadby. This meant the process of booking our holiday was speeded up as we were not waiting around to see someone.
