Amazing service
I went into Hays in Nottingham to book a special trip as a celebration for my impending retirement.
Finley was so very helpful and patient, he went out of his was to explain aspects of the tour and the booking process.
I never felt rushed or under pressure to complete the booking.

The Staff are 1st class

I chose to amend my tour date but was charged twice for my flight!
I chose to amend my tour date. I was happy to pay the transfer fee but was NOT happy to be charged a second time for the flight. Surely the airline would be able to sell my seat on!
